RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

What is the return and exchange policy?

Your total satisfaction is our primary concern. We carry only the best quality and value products. If your order is damaged or for some reason you are not entirely happy with the product, then we are not happy either. For incorrect or defective items, we have a 7 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• Because all rackets in our store, were unstrung and frame only. We will contact customer for string advice and string it after order received, so every rackets we delivered were customized product. So we will not accept any return of strung rackets unless we delivered wrong item or wrong size.
• We will not accept any return of basketballs, soccerballs, volleyballs or handballs if it was inflated or names written on surface, unless we delivered wrong item or wrong size.
  

All returns will be reviewed by Sportsgalaxy first and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:

• Replacing the product with a new item of the same original order
• Full refund either in cash.

How do I return an item?

For all return requests, please email us at sportsgalaxycs@gmail.com, including your contact details, Order ID, the reasons for return and relevant photos if the reason is defected goods. We will inform you once your request has been received and proceed with the refund as appropriate.

Where will I find my order ID or order reference number?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will have your order reference number on it. Please keep this in case you need to get in contact with us. Alternatively, you can refer to your Order History upon signing into your sportsgalaxy Account.
